By Default, SereneSound starts with the sound of "Light Rain."
Turn on Sounds
Click the sound name or adjust the slider volume control. When a sound is active, the sound name background turns green and the name stays bold. Sound volume is indicated by the sound's volume slider.
Turn off a Sound
Click on the green sound tag or move the volume slider all the way to the left for a zero value. When a sound is off, it will no longer have a green background.
Turn Off All Sounds
Close the SereneSound application (using exit command from the File menu) or turn off all active sounds. You can also turn off all sounds by selecting another application.
Example
In the associated animated screen shot, "Light Rain" sound is turned off by pressing its label; "Stream" sound is turned on to about two thirds volume using the slider control; and a touch of "Heavy Waves," as if in the distance, is added by using the slider control up button. Finally, "Light Waves" is set to the default one third volume by clicking its label.

Currently available sounds include Light Waves, Heavy Waves, Light Rain, Heavy Rain, Stream, Waterfall, Fire, Blizzard, Hurricane, White Noise, Pink Noise, and Brown Noise.
